We weren't asked if we wanted dessert which under better circumstances we would have considering the occasion the three of us were celebrating. Not the dried out, overcooked, rubbery one I had here. It looked not unlike lobster tails I've purchased in the frozen food section at Costco which were quite tasty when I made them at home. The add on lobster tail was overcooked, slightly burned to the bottom of the shell and nearly impossible to get out of the shell. The steak was not the Filet Mignon I ordered and was quite thin and dry. When the meal finally arrived, the waitress cautioned us about the hot plates and yet, when I touched my food it was all lukewarm at best. The calamari appitizer was way too salty, a prebreaded frozen food. The food was a real disappointment other than the bread and sauted vegetables. She told us that she had heard that question before and that the chef told her, 'that's just how long it takes.' When I finally asked about the delay, her reply was unacceptable. The wait for our food was way too long and we were really trying to remain patient as our waitress disappeared for quite some time to make a salad for a table dow the way.

At other restaurants we are asked if it's our first time and when it is they usually make sure we understand the menu, especially when it's out of the norm like this one was. The waitress didn't know the menu and had to keep going away to find answers to our questions. the online form stating that was the reason for our visit. My husband's birthday was never acknowledged even though I filled out. We were not greeted by name as we were told we would be when I checked in online. My expectations were high based on the online reservation experience and the prices of the meals.
